Johnny Hallyday reappears on social networks after hospitalization
Singer Johnny Hallyday, November 10, 2016 in Hollywood
A message on Twitter, another on Instagram: Johnny Hallyday made his reappearance on social networks Tuesday night with winks to his daughter Jade and his dog, a few days after being hospitalized for respiratory distress.
The 74-year-old star, who has been battling lung cancer for several months, does not give any news of her health in these two messages.
On Twitter, Johnny Hallyday posted for his 1.6 million followers a photo of his daughter, one-handed racket with this message: “My Jade has resumed his tennis lessons.” Generating many thanks and retweets from his fans.
On his Instagram account (126,000 subscribers), this is an undated photo of the singer, hat and black glasses, sitting with his dog, who appeared in the evening. A photo that has also generated many messages of support.
The singer was hospitalized last week in Paris for respiratory distress. Saturday, he was able to return to his home in the Paris region.
Johnny Hallyday announced in March to be suffering from cancer. This did not prevent him from fulfilling his commitment during the tour des Vieilles Canailles in June and July, with his friends Jacques Dutronc and Eddy Mitchell, and to start the recording of a new studio album.
